94 sport lifted, etc.

As far as maintenance, I am excellent. I change the oil every 2500 or so (last friday), recently I have changed the tranny fluid, and I did a complete flush of the coolant system, replacing hoses and t-stat. I haven't changed any other fluids, as I have not needed to. There is a new battery in the rear, although the one in the engine compartment is perfectly fine. The spark plugs are all new splitfires. I use fuel injector cleaner every oil change. KN filter is relativly new, so I haven't had to clean it yet. New O2 sensor.
