86 with 4.2?

Noticed an '86 for sale near me last night. Has 4.2 with 4.0 head, AX15, NP231. I know they didn't come that way so what did it take to make the swap? Might just go see it.

Not a terrible combo. Would make a 4.0 easier to put in.
