8.8 disc brakes on 8.25

How's anyone done this swap? I know the backing plate doesnt bolt right up

You should be able to re drill the caliper brackets bolt them on

KJ Liberty 8.25 disk brakes bolt right on. Ford Crown Vic disk brakes are probably easier to adapt to stock XJ axles than 8.8 brakes.

IIRC, the teraflex rear disc kit is basically an 8.8 setup. KJ rear disc setup is plug n pray. The ZJ rear disc setup is basically as well. Just gotta ream the the through hole and possibly use longer studs.
