8.8 and HP Dana 30 - Locked and Geared

Just like the title says, I have an 8.8 and a HP Dana 30 out of my '98 XJ. Both are clean and ready to bolt into your XJ. Here are the specs...

Ford 8.8
- 4.10 gears
- disc brakes
- LockRight Locker
- 3/4" wheel spacers installed
- complete, with good calipers & rotors

HP Dana 30
- 4.10 gears
- LockRight
- complete, minus sway bar links

I'm going 8 lug fullwidth, and have already pulled these axles. Dana 30 comes with stock draglink and Carolina Rockshop heavy duty tie rod, and a DT steering stabilizer. Knuckles have been drilled to 3/4" for another custom heavy duty steering setup made of .250 wall dom, matching tie rod and draglink. Take both steering setups and the axles for $1450, OBO. dang, if that HP 30 had 4.56 id be in. how much you want for just the steering tr/draglink and ends?

how would those gears be with 33's? i got 4.0 HO and a aw4 auto tranny also.

In my opinion, they're perfect for 33's. I ran them with 35's for 2 years no problem - and were great offroad, although I did flip a dana 300 and put a 4:1 in it.
