8.8 Aftermarket Shafts

Does anyone other than Motive Gear make shafts for the Explorer 8.8?

Anyone run 8.8 aftermarket shafts with any success?

4 years on Dutchmans. Broken a housing and an ARB with no damage to the shafts.

Highly recommended.

Out of curiousity...how'd the housing break? I hear the tubes can twist...

And bend.

Traction bar was the culprit. And not enough weld around the case. And too much throttle.

New one is fully welded, with a truss, and extra plug welds.

i plan on getting my 44 shafts from dutchmans. didnt see 8.8 shafts on their website. guess i'll give them a call on those.

I've been running Yukons in my 8.8 for about 6 months now. No problems at all.
