I just swapped in a Dana 44. I've been meaning to re-assemble the brakes on the 8.25 that came out.
What's it worth to you?

well for one with 130,000 I would say 100 bucks, but if it had 4.10's and was newer then more.

Funny you should mention 4.10's. I have two sets of 4.10's. I bought them off this board, I think. They are used but I never opened the boxes. I ended up getting a Dana 44 with 4.88's and an Electrac. I later bought front gears to match.
So, I have 4.10's for a Dana 30 and and 8.25 that need to go away as well as the 8.25 axle.
What else do you need?

well thats about it, unless you also have a "low" gear carrier for the 30. ummm how much do you want for this stuff? all together and the axle seperate. plus where abouts are you located. im from Redding.

I have a 27 spline 8.25 from my '94 with 150K on it that I'll give you if you come pick it up. Brakes need serious help, but otherwise it's fine. 3.55's. Axle is in San Jose. (Springs are still on the axle).

I had to buy a low carrier for my 4.88 gears.
I'm in Sparks, Nevada but know someone who drives to Redding on a regular basis.
How about $200 for the axle and both sets of gears, delivered if I can talk my friend in to it and if you don't mind waiting until she drive up there again.

well to be honest, im not really interested in gears that have been pre installed due to wear paterns. It wouldnt be an issue if this jeep only saw dirt. why does this lady you speak of come to redding? time isnt that much of an issue. I would like to get one some time this winter though.

update, I just talked to my buddy in tucson and he said he is coming up here in two weeks and he has an 8.25 for me. thanks anyway guys.
