Definitely worth it if you have a stroker. Mine cost me about $45. $30 for the butterfly (from Accurate Power) and $15 for the lathe bits that came in a workbench I bought at a garage sale (I traded the bits for the labor).
If you can get it cheaper its worth it. $150 for one on a stock motor, not a great deal.

I thought Accurate Power went out of business?

He sends one when you order, and you pay a core deposit. When he gets a working TB from you, he refunds the core charge. In my case swapping a 99 engine into a 91 chassis and computer, I had two throttle bodies and he gave me core credit for both of them.
