I've recently moved to Bangkok (yes, Thailand) and since there is no way to import any kind of used car here, I have to work with what there is. I've always been a Mopar muscle car guy. I'm looking at getting a mid 90's Cherokee, converting it to 2WD and engine swapping it. In the long run I'll end up lowering it and probably converting it to use C4 Corvette IRS and possibly C4 front suspension as well. I may even swap out the 4.0 for a 383 I have access to. The big problem here is that everything is right hand drive, so that affects steering gear as well. If anyone has some input on converting to 2wd from 4wd, that would be a great start. I'll be retiring soon and this will be my toy, so I can do pretty much whatever I want with it.
