4dr Seats

I am replacing the seats in my 2000 XJ with after market. The current seats are in excellent shape if anyone needs to replace theirs give me a shout. If interested I can post pics. No interest I'll just let sit in my shop

What color Roger? I've got agate in mine and the drivers is somewhat worn.

Also...you put this in the regular chapter and not FS.

Thanks for the move I have no idea what AGATE is but mine are the grayish cloth section and the dark gray bottom vinyl or whatever material that is.

I have new mounts too so the mounts go with the seats if needed.

What did you put in, RX-8 seats?

Yes, and had new mounts fabricated so now I can slide back a lot father. After driving the SuperDuty I always felt cramped in the XJ. I'm pleased with the results!!! The seats are comfortable but have a better more secure feel.

Nice! Junkyard for the seats? How much did the mounts cost and who did them?

I bought the seats from a friend of my son's he's in their RX8 club. They are a good match color wise and fit. I local friend that Runs a fab place here in Waco, Adam at Upfront Chassis and fabrication made the mounts. The same guy that made my spare tire carrier. He charged me $150. After install I was impressed direct bolt in. He drives and XJ so he fit it off that.
