Nothing wrong with a proper maintained 454. Used, ,abused and not cared for is when things fail

It was me as far as I know Mine was well taken care of. I bought the truck about a year ago, from a friend who owned it for about 2 years befor that. I know he and I took very good care of the truck and changed all the fluids and what not. motor showed no signs of any trouble. it just blew up out of nowhere. it sounded like something in the bottom end.
