40th aniv. 1000 (actually 1296.30 mi)

Hey . I know that november is a month full of events and atractions.
But still I'd like to know if any members of the Family have plans to be in any way , or form , in the 40th running of the Baja 1000.
I will be in Tj; for the 10th and Mon 12th & Tue 13 th will be in Ensenada. heading back late afternoon to SD to catch the red eye to Cabo .

Will be doing some trailin' after the contingency on Monday towards the camp site around race mile 85.
Might be giving pit support to a couple of racers .

Anybody heading that way; Let me know.
No matter if you are a seasoned veteran at the Baja , or the very 1st time around these parts.
I'll be more that happy to assist in any way .

PS Don't know if any have this but it is the 20aniv . for the MJ that won its class in the 1000.

:thumbup: I'll be in and around the contingency 'till around 4:00 then I'll be setting camp just before chk #1 around RM85. between 2 hills and 3 curves before u hit the flatland.
Easy to spot pop up camper with a white XJ on one side and a white MJ on the other.
Same spot that I did in june for the 500.
