There is no correct answer to your question. My answer is called use the search function on the internet. Look on Jeep Strokers... its an entire website devoted to these engines alone.
Every engine is different and will require different things.
If you did any research at all you would quickly discover that you cannot reflash or "tune" Chrysler computers like the ones in Cherokees. So that can make it challenging.
Chris's Jeep only required 24 LB injectors and a bigger TB, but other than that it was stock components tuning wise. But like I said, every engine will be different.
