i am getting a 4.5" rustys off road lift for my 90 xj and was wondering if i am gonna need a sye kit or will the 1" tcase drop work fine thanks cory

Just depends on your jeep. Most likely yes, and if you're planning on wheeling it then almost positively yes.

I have that lift on an 88 cherokee with only a 3/4" tcase drop, no problems at all. No vibes either

I have the rustys 4.5 lift and it came with a 1 inch t/c drop. I liked everything except for the standard duty trak bar. Kept breaking tie rod ends. Anyway you should be fine if you buy the whole kit, it comes with everything you should need.

P.s. just ask rusty if he'll put the heavy duty trak bar in for a fee.
