one thing ive seen from Guys like Rob DDing and wheeling an XJ on heavy 37s or 39s on a d30 is that he eats ball joints and unit bearings faster. when I get the WJ stuff on, that stuff will all be new....

i ran 3.5" and 4.5" lift and 35s for a long time. Id do it again in a heart beat.

trimming is free for the most part, and bump stops just cut up some tube for the rear extensions and then I use hockey pucks up front on the axle side. youd be into all that for under 20$....

Yah im at 5.5 coils front and about 4.5-5" in the rear and itll be fine for 39.5s . the 36s fit fine except i need to cut mucho sheet metal out of the rear fenders and quarters since I plan on moving the axle back 1-2" when I link the rear and ill prob stretch the front 1" at that point too. ill address bump stops at that point again if needed .
