32/11.5/15 procomp mud ta and wheels

I have 4 32/11.5/15 procomp mud tas on black steel wheels. 5X4.5. They are on my 95 cherokee. The tires have about 1/2 to 3/4 of the tread left, they are all worn very evenly. no gouges or holes. The wheels are scratched but they are still black and not bent. I dont have pics. Located in Louisville KY. Dont want to ship but could drive and meet. I am looking for $400 for all 4 wheels and tires. Thanks, pm me please.
