Anyone know where to get them or specs of them for replacements?

NAPA has oil drain plugs to replace those internal wrenching types.

P/N BK 7041048 - 19mm wrench head

P/N BK 7041346 - 30mm wrench head

Both have thread size 22mm - 1.5

They come with fiber gaskets.

I use the 19mm head only because I had the wrench to use on it.

Here's a pic of a 242 I was getting ready to install in my XJ. It has the 19mm plugs.
