It's been done. Search pirate, a couple years ago there was a thread that showed in reasonable detail how to.

but why?
usually when something hasnt been done or there is not alot of available info its for a reason.
the 207 is shit.
they explode like its cool. stock, with stock tires and a beat 4 cyl or even worse a beat ass 2.8.
now double the torque...............
