I do have to work that night, have to leave about 10:30 latest. Is this going to be open to everyone or were having New & Old meeting?

I think open to everyone so we can vote on trails for the year.

Possible for New & old a little earlier before everyone else gets there? Just don't want to have to leave before anything of major importance needs to be address.

Why don't we start the Bod meeting at 8:30 and have everyone else come at 9:15 or 9:30? That way we can get our meeting stuff out of the way in time for Tom to leave.

Still not sure I understand why he needs to leave at 10:30 to work that night.

He probably would like to sleep before he works.

Everyone coming at 9:15 is fine with me. We just waited for about 45 minutes last time we went there due to the size of the group so people could sit together.

So say the breakfast starts at 9:15 for everyone else. And when we come at 8:30 we can request a large section. Or someone can call ahead and get a table ready.

I hate to be a damper on this parade, but I have Drill this weekend and there is no way I can make it. Unless its at like 0430 in the morning, but I don't think the banks are open that early.
