2001 spray in bedliner done myself!

Looks legit. Herculiner is by far my last preference when it comes to bedliners, but out of the gun it does look nice. I like how you did the roof as well. Let us know if there's any noise reduction in the rain.

Oh and future reference, get all the tape out about an hour or 2 after you spray. Otherwise, like said, it's a TOTAL pain.
 
That sucker is going to be LOUD in a Florida rain storm, dude. I would at least roll on some liquid sound deadener like the rice guys use for their sound systems.
 
Its not my daily driver so I don't really worry about it. I like some level of comfort but when it went from dd to trail rig it was time to get serious. I have a 5" lift and 33's locked rear and all but now I bought a rear dana 44, Long arms, 35s and as you see sprayed the inside! Like a buddy of mine said a while back when I scratched it I was like sh*t frieken out and all, He said wait till its a trail rig and man was he right. I've shown alot of built rubi's what's up! With my longer wheel base and no belly pan to get hung up on.
Also everyone at trail rides are blown away by the flex it has? Im the only one in my club with an xj. One of the members has a rubicon and she say's the sticker means it can do anything? Im like ok? Yah im gonna get a ssticker that runs down the hood of my xj that says DANICON, since my name is dan!! I don't need no stinkin rubicon!!:roflmao:
 
Just so everyone is aware, most bedliner are exact in properties just different names like herculiner is made by durabak. So if prep work is done properly and you do it right they will hold up the same!! But im sure there is still a bunch of freaken people that are die hard fans of the product they love, but like I said earlier most top brands are the same ingredients. Ive been to sema and have talked to the guys at the big brands like rhino, line x etc. It all comes down to what texture you want and how commited you are to doing the job right half ass prep is not the bedliners fault!!Hasta

This could go on forever, my only point would be until you've done both types you don't really know. Its like comparing how a paint like Rustoleum is compared to a typical automotive refinishing 2 part epoxy system, they are nothing alike. Same thing on the Herc vs the 2 part liners like UPOL....
 
UPOL>Herc. Herculiner is a moisture-cure urethane. Whereas Raptorliner is a 2 part, catalyzed system. Much stronger, and dries much faster. But to each their own. Looks good.

I rode around this weekend and its not really noisy? But it is a** light I can tell when I hit a bump it kicks and Also when I hit the skinny pedal It wants to spin out!!! Who knew the carpet, headliner etc. weighed so much?

Also on a side note I took the doors Off!!!
