I'm am selling my 2000 Jeep Cherokee due to some financail and personal reasons. I owned this jeep for almost 5 years before I sold it back in Feb 08'. I did not want to sell it but me and wife were having our first baby and I new that we would need some extra money. A couple of months ago the guy I sold it to put it back up for sale and I bought it back. Now that I have it back I realize that it is not what I need right now, as my time and money are limited I can take it out and enjoy it. It is a nicely built jeep (see list below). I did all the work on it myself. All that is missing right now is the front bumper. I was in the process of making one for it, I will include the frame brackets that I was going to use with the jeep. They also double as a steering box/unibody brace, they are made by JKS MFG. Here are the specs on the jeep, if you have any questions please call me. Bud 404-557-8064

your old one is for sale on atl. craigslist....

lol... seriously.. i'll look it up...

EDIT: wow, it got substantially more valuable apparently based on what I sold it for... I will say it's probably easily DD'able w/ those KM2s on it but was probably a lot more fun w/ the Trepadors :)

Enough of the hi-jack.. I've always like the OP's jeep since seeing it on NAXJA.

I have seen this jeep many times in person and know the owner pretty well. It is worth every penny. If I were going to build a Cherokee that was DDable as well as one that could conquer almost any trail, I would build it like this.

wondering if you would take a trade plus cash. I got a silver 2001 jeep cherokee with 78000 miles on it. if your interested email me at lfcarr at yahoo.com or pm me on here. Also have a 2007 ktm super duke 990 street motorcyle if your interested in that.

Thanks

This is a NICE rig. Lots o good stuff on it for sure... Sorry you gotta sell it, but good luck. I would give my left testicle (still works) for the axles, gears, and lockers.

Nice Nice XJ. Great start to go big! Someone is going to get luck!

PM'd

Yes.

Talking about me or Bud? Because I dont know you at all and if you saw it in the last 2 years, I owned it.

So, the past several months that its been at 4 wheel parts in atlanta it was yours??? I take it you were letting Bud borrow it? lol.

Yeah, don't let Bud take all the credit for the work Chris. You deserve some too. All that awesome work you did; screwing the sub box into the gas tank with wood screws, installing the rear gears wrong and making them whine, basically all of the BAD stuff. That was all you, Bud shouldn't have to take the blame for it huh?
