2 electirc fans

im running 2 stock electric fans but i have already melted a fuse holder and a switch:flame:. can someone tell me what guage wire and what amp fuse i should use for 2 stock fans. thanks

if you are just running them of a switch I'd wire them like this. You will not burn anymore switches this way. This is how I run all my switches. I would run 1 relay on each fan. you can tie the 12+ for each relay together and the 2 blue relay switch wires together to make it easier. And do not forget the fuse.

Relays Relays Relays... I run 14 guage on my 4 fans (2 push 2 pull). you can use network cable for your switches.

ok im going to do that. ive always been kind of intimidated by relays but i guess that switch cant hold two fans. thanks for the help guys

Its not just that your fans wouldnt get the most juice possible gotta give them some love.

Are you suggesting two electric fans with one replacing the mechanical fan or something else?

use the manual fan and use the -i believe- the zj fan clutch and upgrade the electric to a newer style which has more blades on it! it will fix your problem!---BRIAN

just a standard bosch 4 or 5 prong relay. If you get a 5 prone relay just do not use the middle.
