Unused, high strand-count Belden 2/0 gauge copper battery cable. Two pieces, black-insulation piece is just over 15', and the red one is about 38".
I once used some of this same stuff to do a serious revamp of the electrical system in a Kaiser-Jeep M725 mil ambulance...and, what an incredible difference in the cranking/amperage throughput gain...!
Can anyone say: Holy low-resistance overkill, Batman...??...!! For those not particularly familiar with gauge sizing, and hasn't handled some of this stuff...in the sizing progression, the size INCREASES as the gauge-numbers go back up along with the '0' after the slash....
The black section can, of course, be used for positive side, but a few loops of red electrical tape is recommended to avoid any surprises...
This stuff is. apparently, in the $4-5/foot area now... At the $4 per, that's $72.
$49. shipped to the CONUS, for both pieces.
**I also have (5) HD tinned-copper lugs for the 2/0, with 3/8" stud holes,
and a few solder pellets for them, along with four marine-grade terminal
caps. I'll include those items for another $5.
