The plastic tube for the 5.2/5.9 ZJ's made by K&N is known to crack or warp or both near the throttle body causing it not to seal. K&N will replace the tube with a redesign that has two bolts for holding it down.

I believe there was some on Speedfreaks- not positive on that though. I think that some people were able to do it just by calling their customer service line.
