Yes, original engine, and also it does have frame stiffeners. the driver side is plated from the front bumper to the front of the rear leaf hanger and the passenger just has standard stiffener from stock lca mount to leaf spring mount... also the rear shackle boxes have been rebuilt and stiffened to prevent them from falling apart..
