Selling my 97 XR400R, it's a great bike, but it's too big for me. It's currently registered on and off road in MA and NH, and comes with a title, plus a box of stock spare parts, and a complete set of rims with DOT tires and good rotors/sprocket. The bike has an FMF pipe, Renthal fat bars, aluminum frame bar guards with directionals, 3/4" lowering link, super moto front fender, MX rear fender etc etc. It smokes like most old XR's do, but runs well and still has tons of power. Looking for $2000 OBO with all parts and the second set of wheels. PM me and I can text you pictures, I'm too lazy to upload them.
