I still haven't found the time too pull the carb out again and clean it out but I'd like this out of the garage so I'll sell it for $1200.
I keep forgetting to renew my ad so here's all the info.
1995 XR650L Street Legal Dirtbike. Title in hand. I have owned this bike since 08 and wanted to get into more technical trail riding so I bought a KTM
28,000 +/- miles. Stock speedometer was replaced with a digital vapor unit around 25k.
Motor runs very strong and is bored out a very tiny amount to make this bike actually a 657cc. It now has a JE piston part number JE-139550 I had the carb properly jetted and tuned at DAS performance in Dracut MA
It also has a stage one hotcam and has had the head rebuilt by North Reading motorsports in North Reading MA although I lost the paperwork to prove this.
Exhaust was replaced less than a year ago with an FMF Q4 slip on.
At the end of May I put new tires on. They are Michelin T63's. I believe they are something around 80% dirt and 20% street but are DOT approved tires.
The mirrors in the pictures are not included but it will have different ones on it. Bike also has a rack installed over the tail.
I replaced the stock tank with a Clarke 4.7 gallon tank but still do have the stock one to go with the bike.
For whatever reason I can't get the bike to idle correctly. It ran fine last year and I rode it up until September. If I keep it revved up it will still drive.
$1200 firm.
