1991 4dr 5spd

I'm thinking about selling the 1991 4dr 5spd 4.0 w/ 205,000miles. The interior is dirty but in good shape, the drivers seat has a 3" square hole in fabric on the side support. Power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, grey interior. It sat in a buddies yard for a year or two, has a new battery and fuel pump. Needs an oil change and diff fluids changed. Fuel gauge works backwards with the new fuel pump. No check engine light, no mechanical issues that are known. Thinking $1,700...let me know.

PS I forgot to say the drivers rear door wont open...haven't looked into it at all.
