1990 renix 4.0 xj C103 connector?

Okay, well I'll go ahead and get a new CPS, because I obviously need one. But it still doesn't explain why the pump isn't receiving any power at all.

Note from DJ
When you have unplugged the fuel pump from the main harness supply connector check and see if you’re short is cleared. If not go back under your Jeep with a bright light and look inside you’re supply connector for any signs of corrosion.
I did a Google search tiled “Jeep fuel pump shorted out” and the one odd peace of information that came up was in reference to Grand Cherokees but it is worth looking at. Some Grand Cherokees were having problems with corrosion forming in there supply connector causing a short in there fuel supply system.

Damp, wet road salt would sure short it out!

unfortunately, the connector is very clean. I'll un-plug and check for short again.

good call on the unplug and check. it appears theat the pump is grounded out. the feed wire grounds to the body. I plan on pulling the pump and bench testing it to see if it works, but it just started raining. So it won't be now.
I still have the issue of getting power TO it though...
