1988 XJ Shift Cable Adjustment

Anyone have a real life picture of this part here? I found it on mine, but cannot seem to locate the 'adjuster clamp' it speaks of to release the cable:

That picture is the linkage on the transmission the TV adjustment is on the engine up to three cables attaching to the throttle body.

When the shifter is in Park, the transmission is actually in Neutral so I am trying to adjust it out to where Park is Park but I am unsure how to adjust it out to a longer length so it will reach the shift level on the transmission.

I reckon tomorrow I will pull the whole cable assembly so I can get a good look at it. Will post pics for future people who might have issues.
