1988 Jeep J10 Laredo

A neighbor of mine is selling his truck. From what i could understand he said it's a 1988 Jeep J10 Laredo. 4wd with a v-8. Anyone know anything about these?? Worth the coin to fix up...or just stay away??

Or anyone interested? I'll drive by and get some pictures.

If the body is little to no rust, decent shape.. can get it to pass smog then go for it. Cost.. not sure.
