Flowery Branch is almost dead in the middle between Buford & Gainesville. 45 miles north of Atlanta.

I've had quite a bit of interest from the C/L ad, but no one wants to come look for themselves except for one guy, and he's just looking for a body for dirt cheap. Yeah I've been known to do that, too. But my usual response is "what's your top dollar?" Then they either low ball me, or say "well I dunno I haven't seen it yet." My reply is usually "then what difference does my bottom dollar mean?" lol
