1 rim 15", 5on 4.5, 8-10" wide

i need 1 15" rim with a 5on4.5" bolt pattern and that is either 8 or 10" wide.
a little bit a back spacing if possible but whatever its for a spare and doesnt matter.

Did you ever find your rim? I need a 15" 5 X 4.5 10" wide. I have a line on 4 but only need one for a spare. I'm in Az.
