I have a 2003 Grand Cherokee that was involved in an accident in December 2004. The insurance has deemed it a total loss. Im selling the WHOLE Jeep. I dont not want to part to much hassle. The deal is that you can not re-register the vehicle since the insurance holds title unless i pay them the sum of $10,000 (which the Jeep is not worth) So basically this is a whole Jeep that was hit on the drivers side and hopefully someone can use it for parts or whatever. E mail me if you would like to see pictures. I live in San Diego, California so if you needed me to ship the vehicle you will have to pay shipping costs. NO OVERSEAS REQUESTS!

If you sell the jeep to someone else for parts then technically you need to give the money to the insureance company, they own it once they paid it off.

What they dont know wont hurt them.. I have a gigantic piece of metal jeep sitting in the front of my house that THEY will not take. It runs perfect i start it up twice a week to keep it healthy its just the uni-body is weak so they total easly.

dimes to donuts they are watching adn waiting for you to move it and sell it then you will get a 10,000 bill in the mail which you dont pay them you will have committed a felony.

What I whould do is write them a letter that they have abandoned it in your yard and it needs to be removed, give them 30 days, if they do not respond apply for an abandoned title. you jsut might get it for 25.00 legally
