well you didnt say bolt action,sinlge shot or semi,for a bolt action its hard to beat a remy 700,in single shot the h&r handi rifle is damn hard to beat and for a semi ,it would be hard to do it for under a grand but a ar based 308 would kick ass,kel tec has a new semi auto 308 ,i hear but i...
