It's not really "built" man. It's got a homeade truss that could be cooked up in an afternoon from scrap steel and some bracing here and there. Built is geared, locked, not stock steering etc. Your looking to get too much for it. I've bought and sold geared and locked axles for that price...

^ That's why I went to 16's exactly. That and I can run a narrow 33 on the road where as you can't find a narrow 33 in a 15in wheel in any type of tire suitable for tons of road driving.
