That is correct, but members can, and I, as per Rev's Membership, are a Member. I have votes to cast that may impact this election and have the right to cast them.

The bylaws do not say I need to be.

Just to clarify, under 10 people brought their waivers. This would include my own.

If there was a way to encourage people to bring their completed waiver, registration would go faster.

A big thank you to all the volunteers that helped this event happen. All the awsome friends and some new friends make this a fun event every year. So much prep work by the BOD and it is over in a blink. Safe travels home to all.

I will be conducting a shoe check as I collect meal tickets at the door. Be prepared to be in your socks if your shoes are not clean.

The time has come that I will be moving on and not managing the MWC store. John "Ram-Rod" Popp will be taking over the store responsibilities starting at Winterfest 2013. Our MWC store started with chapter stickers only and has grown to include hats, shirts, patches and cozies as well. Maybe...

On Saturday, after the dinner at the VFW, we need some volunteers to help clean up. We have a security deposit that is only refunded if we clean to the VFW's satisfaction. The more people we have, the faster it will be done, and then on the the campfire!

I checked today, and there is actually 35 envelopes.

There are 8 perm markers and they work great. Also, there are 2 packages of name tags.
