My friend just ordered a 5" lift kit w/ everything (uppers/lowers/track bar/springs/brake lines...) Is there anything I could use for my 91 XJ on 32's 3" lift?

Going to New Hogan Resivor in two weeks. The water is down and that means a whole shore line of ROCKS!!! Just hope the ranger is cool. They seemed to be last time I was up there. Location is 1/2 hour N.E. of Stockton.

Since I don't need the axle shafts now...
I know this is prob a stupid question....but here it goes, cause I don't know! I have Dana 44 axle shafts - 30 spline....will they work my a XJ Dana 35? Why, why not? If I made you laugh...that's cool too, I do what I can!

I'm building my own rock rails this weekend. My question is...What are the benefits of tying the rails into/with the pinch seam (if any)? Here is a link to the plans I found online. All the materials run $170.

Assuming that the "new leaf packs" that you are adding to are OEM you'll be ok with your brake lines. Ubolts might be just a bit shy of the length you need. Deffinately would get new shocks if what you have now are still OEM, but you could check the dist of shock travel recomended for your lift...
Found a pair of tow hooks with tie in brackets at the fairfield P&P. Gonna put those on for now. I plan on getting a pair of front and read bumpers from Nates. Can't wait!
