I have been a little busy, but I did finally finish this project. Works great! Do you have to ground the relay in order for this to work? I noticed it worked before I hooked up the ground to #30.

Why not find an 8.8 from an Explorer sport? That has 4.10 and a lsd and will be stronger then D35 or 8.25.

It shouldn't be that hard to figure out. There should be about 8 bolts that go through the t-case and thread into the aw4 (or vice versa, I can't remember). I am a little worried that you are attempting this but you don't have a clue... GOOD LUCK!

Are the calipers on the correct side? Which way are the bleeders facing up or down...? I bet that is your problem.

You are running 35s and 8.25? I would spend the money and upgrade to a 8.8 or 44 first and throw a locker in it at the same time. Don't waste anymore more money on the 8.25 then you have too Mall Crawler + locker = WOW!

Yeah, I was going to ask if you were successful. In my experience NO WAY! I wussed out on the escalator in April when I was there. I watched both of my friends with TJs not do so well and they were doing it the right way.

I thought optima had a 5 year warranty? Wouldn't they just replace most of your batteries in these situations...? I have one in my jeep but I don't drive it anymore, I did put a solar battery tender on it though, hopefully it works.
