Thank You for the info! I ended up drilling out the bolt hole, using a grade 10 bolt, nut and lock washer and torqued it all in there and so far its been a couple weeks with no noise. The bushing in the track bar looks good so ! didn't replace it.

I seen the Mean Green alternator and just didn't want to spend $300+ on it.

I should have mentioned I did that previously before the alternator and battery swap. The cables had all seen better days so I started with that and then upgraded to a 35 series Optima Red Top.
