The Ballistic Shocks have actually been used for ~15-20 years. They've been made by a Tucson company called ADS precision machine and have been in the dirt industry for a while. They didn't have wide distribution, just built basically high shocks for race trucks and buggies. Ballistic now is...
Both the knuckle and the pitman arm will need to be drilled to 5/8". I've been running this kit for nearly 2 years as a daily driver 10 miles to work everyday and the rod ends are still tight. You should run the tie rod under and the drag link over not really because of fear of the bolt breaking...
The LeBaron vents are exactly the same as those from the NEW YORKER. Try looking for those too and you'll probably have better luck. Mine are from a New Yorker and I love them.
Try checking your upper panhard mount too. On mine, when I turned the wheels side to side the panhard bolt was shimmying inside the the RE panhard bracket.
I used the DIY steering kit from Ballistic Fab. I went with 7/8" chromoly heims. The larger the heim the longer it lasts plus it is super strong. I love my steering and the price is really good. http://www.ballisticfabrication.com/Complete-Steering-kits_c_13.html
It looks like the new brackets mount the shocks the same way as stock, perpendicular to the axle instead of parallel. This way the shock doesn't bind when the axle flexes.
How about this one, three birds with one stone. Coil mount, lower link, shock mount.

The tapered end goes toward the heim. If you put the tapered part up to the heim it allows for some rotation of the joint. If you put the flat end, it doesn't rotate as much. If you have spacers, put the washer up to the spacers. Looking at it installed beneath the knuckle, it should look like...
Mine was the tracbar mount, but its not the bolts that attached to the frame but the bolt that runs through the ball joint. That bolt was loose and over time had bored out the hole so it looked like an oval. Tightening it down helped temporarily but then it came back. Check to see if the bolt...
You won't need a high misalignment spacer for the trackbar. Just use a standard 5/8" spacer like these. That way you still keep a stronger bolt. like cal said you can just drill it out to 5/8".

Oro Valley has a hotel. That will be much better than trying a hotel in Tucson. Its on Oracle road and I think its a holiday inn. I doubt Oracle has a hotel but they sure do have a massive Ford dealership. Why? I dont know.
