    Bolt-on Swing out tire Carrier for Jeep Cherokee. I believe this carrier came off a 1996 or earlier Jeep Cherokee. I installed it on my 1999 and decided I did not want to modify it to work. Plan change. Now going to put the spare up on the roof eventually. ...or it is a good staring point...
