You can usually get some pretty good deals. Many gov. agencies spec their vehicles with heavy duty cooling, full skid plates and tow package. I know a few of the agencies out here do.

Before the term SUV was coined, my XJ was classified as a station wagon by both the DMV and my insurance. I've always called mine a station wagon.

Took our scouts there two months ago. We actually got a guided tour. Those old guys that volunteer there sure know a lot. I learned 10x more on that guided tour than I did the last half dozen times I went just to look around.

That's what I would do. Otherwise I think it looks pretty good as is except for what XJEEPER said, to maybe add some larger wheels/tires.

I made the mistake of using cheap "plastic" zip ties on mine and they broke within a year. I went to "nylon" zip ties and they've been fine for about 3 years now. Make sure you get "nylon" zip ties. Big difference. The plastic ones pretty much crumbled in my fingers after that year.
