WJ NP242Hd

Maybe a long shot here but...I have this HD NP242 i was going to put in my WJ but it blew a head gasket so selling it to scrape up some cash to get it back on the road. It is 32 spline output, I do have the correct rear driveshaft which is needed for the swap.

I think I eventually sold mine for $200 on CL and I sat on it for a long time. It was a nice clean case and I know they regularly go for $400 on Ebay, but no one wanted it. Did eventually sell it to someone for their WJ. Hopefully you find the right buyer, they are a pain to find locally not attached to something.
