- Charles makes a great fuel sponge
- Led tried to break Heep II ...... and failed!
- Cracked AW4 cases CAN be welded and work again
- European right hand drive XJ's can be cool off road rigs (Never did find out who that belonged to...... :dunno:)
- Squeezing an LS1 into an XJ makes for one cool and unusual power plant
- Rick Norman choreographed the original "Helldorado Ho-down"
- I got URF'd
- Jeep JK's tend to "panic" when surrounded by XJ's at the Show-N-Shine
- Kudzu gets down right ANGRY when JK's "panic"
- Utah crosswinds on I-70 WILL snap your fiberglass CB antennas like a twig
- 3 heavilly modded Tacomas struggling in Area BFE - Test Zone 2 were OWNED by a Colorado Truggy, a Michigan LS1 XJ and an XJ with Wisconsin "BLOOSE" plates........ :D
- Hydraulic adjustible suspensions are just plain bad-ass
- Stewie got confused..... you're supposed to "wheel" in Moab, not "wrench"..... :D
 
Wait.... a Michigan LS1 XJ? Did John Bjorum stuff a new powerplant in that really nice 96?
 
John isn't real savvy with the internet, so don't expect any LS1 write ups. He only took a few pics during the install - not unlike most of us that went to Moab, he was finishing the install at the last minute before the event so I'm sure he didn't stop to document and photo with a write up in mind. But PM him and I'm sure he can answer your questions or send what pics he has. He's 96Classic here.

Yes I do!!! But it will have to wait till I get back from San Salvador. Moab on Saturday and back to work in San Salvador on Monday.

Things I learned in Moab:

Arches sucks after you drive Moab Rim and take a look at Moab from up above.

Pack Creek Campground is free for military. You get what you pay for.

The best part about breaking a D30 shaft is watching Rev gasp in amazement when all the bolts come out of the rust free housing with your fingers.

My wife is amazing. Yes, I left her on Moab Rim. And yes, she hiked all the way up and all the way down.

Rev isn't the DF I imagined, and Susie is cool too.
