WTB Seat(s) and a 97+ gauge cluster

Im looking for a few parts for a friend:

Drivers side 97+ seat, he will buy both the drivers side and passenger side if need be.

Gauge cluster for a 97+, the fancy one with the tach and misc. gauges. Mileage doesn't really matter.

I have a 97 XJ cluster, all gauges. 237k (ish) if I remember correctly. Working perfectly. $30 in eastern monmouth cty, or if you meet my train I can bring it to NY, Newark, or Metropark any day of the week.
