Your kidding right? PORC has got the 100% worst rep on Pirate (the largest off road board there is) and are consistently making customers wait 2-4weeks for parts. I USED to order from them (about 10K so far in parts) but when I started back in like 2002 buying from them, they were decent back then. About 2 years ago they started going down hill FAST! Not to mention all their gears are yukon value line stuff! The cheapest gear sets you can get. Is saving 10$ (if even that) worth putting cheap crap in your axle? And not to mention possibly waiting 2 weeks to get it all? They will tell you they have it in stock then when they find out they dont, they wont call you or email you, nada. You just wait and wait, till you call then you get the story that they showed them in stock and they are coming from another warehouse and they will be there "tomorrow" only to have to wait another few more days to a weeks.
That locker is NOT "identical " to ANY other locker! you must not have bought or actually seen one?
It is very different. Pins are about double the thickness, the springs are about double the diameter, they come with a cross pin, and you install it in one shot all assembled. Way different. Only similarity is that yes its a auto locker with teeth that engage with poss or neg force applied to the cross pin.
I can get you that same locker for less or a Detroit EZ-Locker for about 170. Not to mention gears I sell are actually in a Real box direct from the manufacture with a True manufacture warranty and no guessing when you will get it or IF you will get it. And best part, is that Motive Gear is Quality stuff... No value line crap. At about the exact same price to your door..
Yes... as he said...
Good Luck.

Back to your question at hand.
Typically;
Gears D30 should be about 125$
at least a basic install kit - 25$
Spartan Insert locker 239$
D44 from a XJ 100$ from pick ur part or ecology or 250 -300 from somewhere here.
D44 gears - 125$
Basic install kit 25$
total - 839 plus tax on the new parts - 886$ total and then the 200$ for gear install labor - 1086. total for locked front, and new gears front and rear and dana 44 rear you should be able to get away for under 1100..
