Wires to the roof rack

I'd like to put some lights up on the roof rack of my 98 XJ, Looking for ideas on how to get the power wires up there without drilling holes or running wires thru the door jam.

Pics would be appreciated.

Thanks guys.

they actually sell em brand new in digikey/mouser/most other electronic component retailers, but be prepared for some sticker shock. IIRC we paid $60 or more, each, for some canon connectors needed for work a while ago.

I drilled a 3/8" hole ad put the wire in a grommet and sealed it with silicone, has not leaked for 3 years.

I prefer this method vs going though the door as it is not getting slammed on each time and is the cleanest looking.

X2!! I just did a roof rack light install..... Rally, the only clean way to do it is to drill. (see how I did mine in my build thread.) - If done right, you'll have no issues.
