1990 Red Jeep Cherokee, 4WD, Automatic, 137,000 miles.

Needs Replacement:
Tires
front passenger convenience window
front passenger seat.

Has exhaust system leak somewhere near the exhaust manifold..maybe right at the down pipe connection...maybe the manifold itself.
Paint heavily faded... some rot and rust in the rockers.

Brakes and brake lines only a year old.
Exhaust system from Cat back is also only a year old.

Motor starts right up, idles good...
Jeep runs and shifts good.

Seller wants $700 or best offer.
Seller just bought a new van as his family got bigger with a 3rd child very recently... He just put it up for sale, out in front of his house today.

What do you think its worth?

Sounds like a good deal, as long as it is not completely rusted out. Definitely check undercarriage, frame, rockers, etc.
I'm sure kastein will chime in at some point, there's not as much problem with rust out here in So Cal.
