weird gauges

i managed to kick a wire inbetween the door and it shorted out my jeep. I replaced battery and the relays under the hood and it started no problem but now my gauges wont read right and they flutter.
alt charges and the battery gauge says less than 12v and floats in the red area
the gas gauge has its light stuck on and it reads between empty and way below the E mark
the temp gauge floats in the red and way past
do i need to replace the cluster or just some other fuses?

the only thing I can think of is the dash ground wire is torn or frayed. should be visible looking under the dash.
