This has become the "complain about your old person ailment" thread.
Doing plumbing yesterday in a cramped corner of the ceiling, inside a closet. I twisted in ways I didn't think were still possible. The old muscles are reminding me of my actions this morning.
But, that means I'm still here, so yea for that!
